Corcoran Yard reaches its full height

The last timber panel was set on the north building this week, eleven days ahead of schedule.

The crew at Corcoran Yard set the final cross-laminated timber panel on the north building on Tuesday. Mass timber goes up fast: the four residential floors were framed in nine weeks.

Roofing and windows follow through the autumn. The south building is about two months behind and should reach the same point in November.

The Friday schedule note on the Foster Street fence will continue until the scaffolding comes down.
