Union Special Bread opens a second counter at The Dillard Works

Our first retail tenant, with us since 2011, now bakes in the old boiler house.

Union Special Bread took the smallest bay in our first mixed-use building fifteen years ago. This month they opened a second counter and a full bakery in the boiler house at The Dillard Works.

The boiler house has no right angles and a forty-foot chimney through the middle of it. It was never going to suit a chain. It suits an oven very well.
